  • the IPAC application;
  • the Retirement and Insurance Transfer System (RITS);
  • the Treasury Receivable Accounting and Collection System (TRACS)interface

Release 11

The Intra-governmental Payment and Collection System (IPAC) is pleased to announce the implementation of Release 11 on December 8, 2007. Release 11 contains two major modifications to the IPAC application:

  1. New Graphical User Interface (GUI)
  2. Mandatory Unique File ID Number in IPAC bulk file

The Graphical User Interface (GUI) enhances users' experience and makes it easy and straightforward to generate IPAC transactions. The basic functionality of the application, however, remains unchanged.

Tutorial

IPAC Tutorial

A web-based training (WBT) feature has been added in the new release of IPAC. The tutorials are self-paced, interactive training modules designed to introduce the user to navigating through the new GUI screens.

Training Environment

A Training Environment is set up for agencies so they can become acquainted with the new user interface by navigating through new screens and performing regular transactions. This will give agencies an important opportunity to familiarize themselves with the new look-and-feel of IPAC.

On-line Help

On-line Help provides users' assistance within the application on a broad range of topics for IPAC, RITS and TRACS.
